Why Web TV?
In her daily television series, Rachael Ray teaches viewers to cook. The show is a phenomenal promotional tool as well, "selling" everything from Rachael Ray cookware to nutrition for pets.
That's the power of TV.
That too, is the power of TV on the internet.
Entertainment That Sells
I develop branded internet shows for business-to-consumer companies. I design a series to entertain, educate, AND move the audience to buy.
I create three types of Internet programming:
SCRIPTED: The brand communicates its message through a fictional story. Picture your favorite sit-com or drama. I develop story ideas and characters that resonate with the client's target market. Each "webisode" will portray the brand as
the solution to the customer's problem -- or object of their desire.
EDUCATIONAL "Info-tainment" : Webisode hosts provide tips to resolve customer challenges. Since the format is educational, brand messaging is subtle (but it's there!).
Docu-drama: Think reality series without the fights, or bug eating contests. Your clients sell products and services for
real people. Your show can portray, for example, a "A Day in the Life of..." starring the brand and its ideal customer.
Viewers Become Fans, Fans Become Customers
The great thing about an internet series is that it can create a loyal fan base. Use your agency's public relations expertise to help spread
the word, increasing exposure and your clients' profits!
